The African Music Library is pleased to announce the official launch of Foster in Abeokuta, Nigeria, after a successful take-off of its pilot program in Lagos that has been ongoing for several months.
Foster is a music education initiative of the African Music Library dedicated to bringing the gift of music education to children in disadvantaged African communities, helping them realize and pursue their artistic aspirations.
Kicking off the program at Magret Crowns School in Abeokuta, we are delighted to be working hand-in-hand with the school's staff to spread the gift of African music education within their school community.
As we work diligently to carry out this exciting and life-transforming mission in our new Foster location, we kindly seek your continued support to help us improve and expand the Foster program through your generous donations. Your support will enable us to provide essential resources such as stipends for our exceptional music instructors, musical instruments for the students, and other elements required to ensure the success of the Foster program.
You can support by donating as little as six thousand Nigerian naira (#6,000) to sponsor a child or more to sponsor a school.
